DELIVERY
Where do we deliver?
We deliver to the UK.
Delivery options:
Royal Mail Standard Tracked Delivery from our door to yours. We endeavour to fulfil every standard delivery order in 2-3 working days. The cost of Standard Delivery is £3.80
If there are dispatch delays affecting normal service, we post current delivery and delay information on our website. Individual orders experiencing delays at our end are always informed directly.
Awaiting Delivery:
You will receive an automated email on dispatch of your goods.
Upon Delivery:
Our couriers will require a signature on delivery. You may provide a delivery address other than that of your home if you are not at home during the day. If you provide a work address, please ensure that the correct office/department/floor details are supplied.

Fulfilment of Orders:
Haus of Dog endeavours to fulfil every order in the shortest possible time (typically 2-3 working days) where items are in stock at our UK point of distribution.
There may be rare occasions where we face stock shortages through circumstances beyond our control. Should such circumstances arise, Haus of Dog reserve the right to extend the lead time for fulfilment where appropriate and within reason. This does not affect your right to cancel any order already placed and receive a full refund to the value of the cancelled order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Returns policy for website purchases:
If you are not completely satisfied with your order from Haus of Dog, or you wish to exchange, we will be happy to exchange items or refund the cost of the item within 30 days of purchase/receipt, provided the items are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging with all labelling intact.
Please note the following:
* It is essential that any unsuitable products, unless faulty, are returned in a re-saleable condition
How do I return a product for return or exchange?
Royal Mail Postal Service: You can go to your post office and return the item using the Royal Mail normal postal services. Postage costs will vary depending on the weight of the parcel and postal region.
Goods must be returned in their original and undamaged packaging, by registered, or any other postage method requiring the recipient (Haus of Dog) to sign on delivery to:

Please do not return any products to our stockists in person
Please enclose a covering letter stating:
> The reasons for return
> A copy of your purchase receipt
> Full contact details, including postal address and daytime contact telephone number
Please note the following:
* Postage costs are not refunded. Goods must be returned in undamaged packaging, by registered, or any other postage method requiring the recipient (The Haus of Dog) to sign on delivery.
Returning products purchased from a stockist:
In the unlikely event of a problem with your Haus of Dog product, which you have purchased from one of our stockists listed on our website, you must return them in the same way as stated above, they should not be returned to the stockist in person.
If you choose to keep the items purchased for longer than the 30 day return period as described above, we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange. Haus of Dog consider the return period of 30 days sufficient for customers to inspect the products for any faults and thus to accept them.
The above policy does not affect your statutory rights.
